TeamBench Listing Terms
Last updated: October 18, 2026
These Listing Terms apply to company listings on TeamBench, the teaming and subcontractor directory provided by Yeap Inc. They are part of our Terms of Service.
1. Creating and managing a listing
- Listing a company on TeamBench is free.
- Each company can have one listing, identified by its UEI. A listing is managed by a company in Yeap ID, and its owner and admins can edit it.
- You may list or claim a company only if you are authorized to represent it.
- A new listing is published right away when your verified Yeap ID email address matches the company's website domain. Otherwise, it is published after our review.
2. Listings from SAM.gov public data
- Many listings are created from the public entity registration data that the U.S. General Services Administration publishes from SAM.gov. We include companies with an active registration for all awards and a U.S. address that have not opted out of public display in SAM.gov. We leave out government entities, records with an active exclusion, and records SAM.gov marks as Dun & Bradstreet data.
- Until the company claims it, such a listing shows only that public data: the company name, location, NAICS and PSC codes, business types, SBA program status, registration dates and website, and, to companies with a BidTrails plan, the registered address. For sole proprietors we show the city, state and ZIP code, not a street address.
- SAM.gov's public data doesn't include contact email addresses or phone numbers, and we don't add any. A company's contact details appear only after the company claims its listing and chooses to share them.
- We refresh these listings from SAM.gov's monthly public data. A listing whose registration is no longer active is removed from search until the registration is active again.
- A company that doesn't want a TeamBench listing can ask us to hide it at support@yeaptechnology.com. We keep it hidden when we refresh the data.
- SAM.gov and GSA don't endorse TeamBench.
3. Claiming a listing
- To manage a listing that already exists, claim it from the listing's page for a company you own or administer in Yeap ID. Claiming is free.
- We confirm a claim in one of these ways:
- your verified Yeap ID email address is at the listing's website domain;
- you enter a one-time code that we send to an email address at that domain;
- you enter a one-time code that we text to the phone number already on the listing, when there is one; or
- Yeap reviews the proof you give us.
- Codes expire after 15 minutes, and we limit how many codes can be sent each day. Use the code options only with an email address or phone number you are allowed to use for the company.
- Disputes over who manages a listing are decided by Yeap after review.
4. Keeping your listing accurate
- Keep your listing accurate and current, including your capabilities, certifications, past performance and contact details. We may ask you to confirm it from time to time, and may lower or hide listings that aren't kept current.
- Certifications and set-aside statuses you enter are shown as self-declared unless they have been verified. On listings from SAM.gov, SBA 8(a) and HUBZone status come from SBA's records in SAM.gov and are shown as certified; other statuses are the company's own representations in SAM.gov and are shown as self-certified.
- When shown, the Verified badge means that, when we last checked, your UEI had an active registration in SAM.gov. It is not an endorsement, a recommendation or a guarantee of your company's capabilities, eligibility or performance.
- Don't include confidential, export-controlled or Controlled Unclassified Information in your listing.
5. Who sees what
- Search results show the basic fields to everyone. Visitors who aren't signed in see the first pages of each search, and looking up a company by UEI or CAGE code needs a free Yeap ID sign-in.
- Basic fields of your listing (company name, location, summary, service areas, NAICS codes, certifications and SAM.gov status, and on a TeamBench Pro listing each division's name, summary and NAICS codes) are visible on your listing's page to everyone. Search engines such as Google and Bing index those pages, and pages that list companies by trade (NAICS code) and state. You can keep your listing out of search engines in My listing; it stays on TeamBench. A company that hasn't claimed its listing can claim it, or ask us to remove it through the contact page.
- Companies with a BidTrails plan can see your full profile: your UEI and CAGE code, address, website, business types, size status by NAICS, PSC codes and the capability fields you add.
- Government users (people signed in with a verified Yeap ID email at a .gov, .mil or .fed.us address) see the same full profile, free, so agencies can verify companies and research the market.
- Contact details are shared according to the setting you choose:
- Share on unlock: a BidTrails company can unlock them, within its plan's monthly and daily unlock limits, and government users see them.
- Ask me first: companies send a request, and your details are shared only if you accept it. Government users don't see them either.
- We record which companies unlock your contact details or send you requests, and we count views of your listing. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Using contact details from TeamBench
Use contact details you get through TeamBench only for genuine teaming, subcontracting or procurement conversations with that company. Don't resell or share them, add them to mailing lists, or use them for bulk or automated outreach. Breaking this rule can lead to losing unlock access or suspension of your account.
7. Reports and moderation
- Any signed-in user can report a listing that seems inaccurate, misleading, abusive or impersonating.
- Yeap reviews reports and may edit, hide or suspend a listing, or reverse a claim. Where reasonable, we will tell the listing's managers what happened and how to fix it.
- To have your own listing hidden or removed, contact support@yeaptechnology.com.
8. Paid placement disclosure
- When we offer paid placements, every paid placement is labeled "Featured".
- A Featured listing appears ahead of other listings only among results that already match the search. Paying never makes a company appear for a search it doesn't match, and never changes how other listings are verified or described.
- Paid placement will be available only to listings with an active SAM.gov registration, and we may limit how many Featured placements appear in a category.
- Cancellation and refunds for paid placements follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Capability statements and TeamBench Pro
- Every claimed listing can make a capability statement: a PDF built from the listing and from what you add. You are responsible for what it says, including your past performance, certifications, contract vehicles and bonding. Don't claim work, certifications or relationships you don't have.
- A check mark or "Verified" label reflects only SAM.gov or SBA data, or our own review. It doesn't mean Yeap endorses your company.
- TeamBench Pro is a paid subscription for a company's listing ($19 a month or $190 a year). It adds more statement designs and colors, tailored versions, up to five divisions (each with its own section on your listing and its own capability statement), your logo and photos on your listing, the statement download on your profile for companies with a BidTrails plan and government users, and the names of the BidTrails companies that viewed your profile or downloaded your statement in the last 30 days. Billing, cancellation and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Only upload logos and photos you have the right to use. Don't use another company's name, logo or trademarks, government seals, or pictures of people without their permission. We may remove images that break these terms.
- Only companies with a BidTrails plan and government users can download a Pro listing's statement, or a division's statement, from its profile. Your contact details appear in a statement only for those who can already see them on your listing. When Pro ends, your divisions are kept but no longer shown, until Pro starts again or you delete them.
10. License to display your listing
You keep ownership of your listing content. You give Yeap permission to display it on TeamBench and in BidTrails as described above, and to show your company name and public fields in search results and shared links. If your listing is removed, we stop displaying it, although search engines may take time to update.
